Through communication and training , practical instructions are given for transport , loading and unloading of the goods. All our staff are trained to respect the quality standards of the company and environmental and safety standards as well.

They must protect their own health and that of the others involved in the service.

• Prevention of pollution, minimizing, where it is technically possible and economically sustainable, any negative impact on the environment;
• To follow the laws and regulations applied to the Firm's activities: national, regional and local especially those concerning safety, health in the work –place and in the environment;
• Pursuing a permanent improvement in our own performance evaluating the objectives achieved with concrete information and promoting, at the same time, their identification with the Company.
• in accordance with the new legal provisions, Mantoan Trasporti has also equipped itself with a whistleblowing system to ensure the anonymity of reports, which can thus be sent by anyone without fear of any personal retaliation. It is therefore possible to send, anonymously, a report to the Supervisory Body so that it can evaluate its content and arrange all the necessary investigations.
