One of Mantoan Trasporti’s top priorities is ensuring customer satisfaction — as well as that of all stakeholders — by reducing complaints related to the quality of the services provided.
The company also places great emphasis on raising staff awareness of environmentally responsible behavior, through targeted communication and training programs. In addition, specific safety training is provided, offering practical guidance for transport, loading, and unloading activities.
All staff are actively involved in upholding the company’s quality, environmental, and safety standards. Each employee is made responsible for protecting their own health and that of all workers involved in service delivery, while being fully aware of operating within a system designed to implement the company’s policy, which is reflected in:
- Pollution prevention, by minimizing, wherever technically possible and economically sustainable, any negative environmental impact of its activities.
- Compliance with applicable legislation and regulations at national, regional, and local level, with particular reference to workplace safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Continuous improvement of performance, assessing achieved objectives through measurable and objective data, with the dual aim of meeting customer expectations and strengthening employees’ sense of belonging to the company.
The measurable objectives defined in the planning process focus on the improvement of processes and services. Ultimately, these improvements benefit customers directly, while also generating positive results for the company as a whole.
